Q1. We currently have 282 CLA - a stretch target would be 75-80% to be in foster placements (211 -225 children). The current number in foster placements is 197 (70%). The number of foster families needed would depend on numbers of children they are able to accommodate such as sibling groups and children who can be matched with other children.
